Applications made without a deposit will be deleted within 2 weeks

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE MOVING TO A MASTER WAITLIST. ONCE OUR GIRLS ARE PREGNANT WE WILL ASK YOU TO SELECT THE LITTER OF YOUR CHOICE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DEFER WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY MOVE YOU TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE LITTER IN ORDER.

Deposit:

We require $500 (non-refundable) to reserve your place on the waitlist, Your place in line is determined by the order of deposits paid.

We require an instalment of $1,710 on the birth of the puppies.

The final balance of $1,710 is due at 6 weeks.

We do try to plan Spring litters but Mother Nature does not always cooperate.  What we can guarantee is that we will make sure that when you are ready, we help you select the best choice of puppy for you and your family.

We reserve the right to refuse any application at any time.

We do not allow visitors onto the property until the puppies are at least 4 weeks old. Rest assured there will be videos and facetime before that!

We know that this is hard for you but we will make it as easy as we can for you to see what is going on each day.

Parvovirus is also on the up, and we want to protect your precious bundle and their siblings. Infection control protocols will be in place for visitors.

At Doodle Tree Farm, we DO NOT support early spay or neuter of our puppies and we wholeheartedly believe that it is detrimental to the health and well being of your puppy. 

We do insist however, that you sign a contract:

  1. A strict and legally binding non-breeding contract, which must be signed prior to the pup going home with you. When your pup is around a year old, you will be contacted by us to supply proof of spay or neuter from your vet.

  2. That if for some reason you are unable to keep your Doodle or to care for it, we ask that you return it to us here at Doodle Tree Farm. The pup/dog will undergo an additional assessment and evaluation in order to be placed in a suitable home. No refund is available under these circumstances.

 We always want to know a bit about you to see whether you would be a match for one of our puppies.

There is no last pick, everyone gets the puppy they need.

At Doodle Tree Farm, we understand that Families want to choose a puppy, but, we trust the science and put an enormous amount of work into observing, working, assessing and finally at 7 weeks temperament testing, to ensure that we can offer you the perfect pup to fit into your family. Most Families choose puppies with their hearts, the one that come to them first, the one that chose us, the smallest one, the biggest one. The truth is, they may have just woken up, been fed, needed a nap or be in full play mode. What you see in that moment is not what you get at the end of the day.

We know that for the 8-9 weeks that they are with us, we make notes, watch carefully, work individually and learn about the pups to see what their personalities are. and what make them tick. We trust the science and it is so important to us that you get the best matched pup to your Family energy If there are special needs, we are very conscious of the necessity to make the very perfect selection for you. Rest assured even if you have the last reservation, we will ensure you will get the correct pup for you. We promise you will not be disappointed :)
